Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, also known as E475 food additive or pastry emulsifier, is a white to off-white powder, which is one of the best emulsifiers for kinds of food, cosmetics and health care products.

1. Used as emulsifier and crystal improver in margarine, butter,
shortening and oyster sauce to prevent oil-water separation and
extend shelf life.
